CARLA CARDIGAN - a smart and cosy zipped cardigan for kids; here mainly plain coloured in a textured pattern in linen/cotton.
The cardigan has drop-shoulder sleeves. To work from right front opening across the back to the left front opening. For the sleeves to pick up stitches along armhole
OR to work the sleeves separately and then join in. Both sleeve types are worked flat. Good to work on circular needles because of the quite large number of stitches.
Required skill level from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 4.

Sleeve length: 33 - 35 - 38 - 44 - 48 cm (in: 13 - 13¾ - 15 - 17¼ - 19) Yarn: this design applies for an aran-weight linen/cotton, 50 g = ca. 100 meters. In total 300 - 350 - 400 - 500 - 550 g, divided in 250 - 300 - 350 - 450 - 500 g in col. A

Needles: and circular needles no 3½ mm and 4½ mm. Tension/gauge in stocking st: 18 sts on needles no 4½ mm = 10 cm (4 in).
