CARLA - a beautiful and cosy jumper plain coloured or striped in a textured pattern in DK-weight cotton for the kids. The jumper is with drop-shoulder sleeves. To work in rounds until armhole OR, if you prefer, you can work flat back and front separately. The sleeves are worked flat. There are 3 versions - all enclosed in the pattern.
Required skill level from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 3↑.
Sizes: 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 yrs
The measurements throughout the pattern are given in cm as well as inches.

The written pattern may still carry the old name as some of the designs at the moment are undergoing a change of name.

Measurements of the garment:
Chest: 68 cm - 72 cm - 76 cm - 80 cm - 84 cm (in: 26¾ - 28¼ - 30 - 31½ - 33).
Length: 34 cm - 40 cm - 46 cm - 50 cm - 54 cm (in: 13½ - 15¾ - 18 - 19¾ - 21¼).
Yarn: this design applies for a DK-weight cotton, 50 g = ca. 125 meters. In total 300 - 350 - 400 - 450 - 500 g, divided in 200 - 250 - 300 - 350 - 400 g in col. A (main col.), 50 g col. B (cuffs/stripes) and 50 g col. C (collar/welt).
The original model: has been made in the DK-weight cotton CABLÉ, 100 % Egyptian cotton. The yarn is from Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence, Italy.

Needles: and circular needles (or double pointed) no 2½ mm and 3½ mm.
Tension/gauge in stocking st: 22 sts on needles no 3½ mm = 10 cm (4 in).
