LENA - a beautiful kid dress in a striped pattern in DK-weight cotton - made for my eldest granddaughter. The loose-fitting dress is quite long (this can be adjusted as one wishes)
and has short sleeves in the raglan shape where there is a buttoned closure along the front left sleeve.
The striped part in the third colour (red or lilac) stops just under the waist giving a sort of low waisted look. A nice detail.
The dress can be worked either in rounds on circular needles or flat back and front separately. Both ways are thoroughly explained in the pattern.
This design is suitable for the bigger girls.
Skill level required from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 3↑.
The measurements given troughout the pattern are all in cm as well as in inches. Sizes: 6 yrs - 8 yrs - 10 yrs - 12 yrs.

Measurements of the garment: Chest: 72 cm - 76 cm - 82 cm - 88 cm (in: 28¼ - 30 - 32¼ - 34¾) Length: 60 cm - 70 cm - 80 cm - 83 cm (in: 23½ - 27½ - 31½ - 32¾) Yarn: this design applies for a DK-weight cotton, 50 g = 125 meters. In total 325 - 350 - 475 - 575 g divided in 3 colours, which are
125 - 150 - 200 - 250 g in colour A (dark grey - purple), 100 - 125 - 175 - 200 g in colour B (pearl grey - sand),
75 - 75 - 100 - 125 g in colour C (bright red - lilac). The original model was made in
CABLÉ, 100 % Egyptian cotton,
