Knitting patterns: The pattern will be delivered by email (PDF-file) within 24 hours after confirmed payment.
Yarn: The shop is open by appointment. Or yarn and kits will be shipped by postal services. The goods will be shipped 24 hours after confirmed payment.
Knitting kits: Many of the models are available as kits. Prices are available on request or given on the page describing the specific article.

Tailoring: For the reason being as flexible as possible regarding colours and materials, tailored articles are always made to order.
Often only a part of the price in prepayment is required. By delivery of the ordered goods the remaining amount falls due!
Delivery date: 2 - 12 weeks in general - please look for information regarding the specific article.
But the conditions may vary regarding the specific article.

Delivery cost: Shipping for physical goods from DKK 150 kr. (€ 20 EUR) in Europe. Delivery free of charge for purchases over DKK 1000 (€ 130 EUR). Please ask for further information.

Swatches: Fabric swatches related to the apparel in question will be delivered free of charge.

If in contrary to expectation you are not satisfied with the consignment, 90 % of the payment shall be refunded by return of the goods! Delivery costs are not included.
There is no refund for knitting patterns.
All prices are inclusive VAT 25 %. For customers living outside the EU the VAT will be deducted/refunded.
