CARLA SPORT - a beautiful and cosy jumper with drop-shoulder sleeves in a textured pattern in DK-weight wool for the kids. To work in rounds until armhole OR, if you prefer, you can work flat back and front separately. The sleeves are worked flat. Also a nice design plain coloured. A lovely design for both boys and girls.
Knitting instructions for the cap BATIA and muffetees are included.
Skill level required from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 3↑.
The measurements throughout the pattern are given in cm as well as inches.
Sizes: 4 to 12 yrs.

Sizes included in the pattern: 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 12 yrs.
Measurements of the garment:
Chest: 68 cm - 72 cm - 76 cm - 80 cm - 84 cm (in: 26¾ - 28¼ - 30 - 31½ - 33).
Length: 34 cm - 40 cm - 46 cm - 50 cm - 54 cm (in: 13½ - 15¾ - 18 - 19¾ - 21¼).
Wool: this design applies for a DK-weight wool, 50 g = ca. 125 meters. In total 200 - 200 - 250 - 300 - 400 g, divided in 150 - 150 - 200 - 250 - 350 g col. A (main colour), 25 g col. B (welt and collar) and 25 g col. C (cuffs).
For the tammy/cap BATIA to use between 50 g and 100 g and for the muffetees 50 g.
The original model: was made in the DK-weight wool SPORT, 100 % merino wool. The yarn is from Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence, Italy.

Needles: and circular needles (double pointed) no 4 mm and 5 mm.
Tension/gauge in stocking st: 18 sts on needles no 5 mm = 10 cm (4 in).
