CATANIA

CATANIA - a becoming jumper in a casual but elegant design in DK-weight cotton or 4-ply type wool. The pattern is stocking st as a background for bombs in garter st. The loose-fitting collar is made in garter st. Welt and cuffs are in rib. The sleeves are set-in sleeves with a shaped sleeve cap. Supreme fit. The pattern is written instructions with chart. Worked flat.
Required skill level from 1 (basic) to 5 (advanged): 3↑.
Sizes: small - medium - large - xlarge - xxlarge.
The measurements given troughout the pattern are all in cm as well as inches.

Bust: 90 cm - 102 cm - 114 cm - 126 cm - 136 cm (in: 35½ - 40¼- 45 - 49½ - 53¼)
Length: 57 cm - 58 cm - 60 cm - 62 cm - 66 cm (in: 22½ - 22¾ - 23½ - 24½ - 26)
Material: This woollen version calls for a 4-ply fingering weight wool, to use 350 - 400 - 500 - 600 - 700 g.
The original model was made in BABY, 100 % merino wool, from Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence (Firenze), Italy.
Needles: no 2½ and 3 mm.
Tension/gauge in stocking sts: 26 sts on needles no 3 mm = 10 cm (4 in).
