Description: A sustainable and climate-friendly yarn which gives a beautiful appearance with an interesting surface. A superior quality. The colours are beautiful and they are often melange. The garments are comfortable to wear and resistant in both use and washing.
The yarn is undyed, i.e. as natural as possible and the nuances may therefore vary somewhat from batch number to batch number. Available at domoras.
Material: 100 % pure new Shetland wool. The fleece comes from proper Shetland sheep on the Shetland Isles collected and sorted by Jamieson and Smith (Shetland Wool Brokers Ltd.). The yarn is woollen spun in commission in England in due respect of the nature and environment.
Washing instructions: gentle hand wash at 30°C - suitable for a spin-dry.
Length: a 2ply Jumper weight yarn - ca 172 m per 50 g
Recommended needles: 2.5 mm - 3.5 mm.
Confectioned: in 50 g balls.
