KILLIN - lovely lady woollen trousers in plain knitting in 2ply Jumper Weight wool. The trousers are shaped properly after tailoring principles giving the model a splendid fit. To work flat - detailed written pattern.
For a tighter fit as leggings they can be worked in rib pattern.

Required skill level from 1 (basic) to 5 (advanced): 3↑.
The measurements given throughout the pattern are all in cm as well as inches.

Hip width: 90 - 96 - 104 - 118 - 132 cm (in: 35.5 - 37.75 - 41 - 46.5 - 52)
Inside leg length: 76 - 78 - 80 - 82 - 82 cm (in: 30 - 30.75 - 31.5 - 32.25 - 32.25)
Side length: 101 - 104 - 107 - 111 - 112 cm (in: 39.75 - 41 - 42 - 43.75 - 44)
Seat height: 25 - 26 - 27 - 29 - 30 cm (in: 9.75 - 10.25 - 10.5 - 11.5 - 11.75)

In contrary to leggings this is trousers with a little width - 25 - 28 cm (in: 10 - 11) - down the feet.
Yarn: this design applies for a 2ply Jumper Weignt wool, 25 g = ca. 115 meters. To use 300 - 300 - 350 - 400 - 450 g.
The original model was made in 2ply Jumper Weight, 100 % Shetland wool from Jamieson and Smith, Lerwick, Shetland Isles. We stock the yarn.
The model is availble as a knitting kit in the yarn mentioned above - € 80 EUR - euro; 100 EUR each kit-size Large and 2xlarge.

Needles: and circular needles (or double pointed) no 2.5 mm and 3 mm.
Tension/gauge in pattern (washed sample): 24 sts on needles no 3 mm = 10 cm (4 in).
