LUCIA

LUCIA - a beautiful jumper in linen/cotton from the Lucia series. There is a buttoned split on the back for the minor sizes. The pattern is stocking st in reverse in coloured stripes for the body. The sleeves are striped in alternately stocking st in reverse and coloured in stocking st. The sleeves are worked from top to bottom. Well written pattern with charts. Worked flat.
Skill level required from 1 (beginner) to 5 (advanged): 3.
The measurements troughout the pattern are given in cm as well as in inches.
The written pattern may still carry the old name as some of the designs at the moment are undergoing a change of name.
Sizes: from 3 mths to 4 yrs.

Measurements of the garment:
Chest: 50 - 56 - 60 - 62 - 66 cm (in: 19¾ - 22 - 23½ - 24½ - 26)
Length: 24 - 26 - 30 - 32 - 34 cm (in: 9½ - 10¼ - 11¾ - 12½ - 13½)
Yarn: this design calls for a linen/cotton medium thickness, 50 g = ca. 140 meters. To use 100 - 100 - 150 - 200 - 200 g of the main colour (orange) + 50 g of the stripe colour (raspberry).
The original model: has been made in the linen/cotton LINO COTONE 1/7000, 50 % linen/50 % cotton, 50 g = 350 meters. It was worked with 2 strands. The yarn comes from Campolmi Filati in Florence, Italy.
