  • Mailing list: All members of the mailing list are getting a refund of 10 % off all purchases in general. If another percentage is given for a specific item this will of course apply in that case. To sign up - please look here
    Payment: via PayPal - where also credit cards are accepted.
    • Shipping surcharges: All goods are delivered for free - also if it still says differently for some articles.
    Knitting patterns are always delivered free of charge by email or direct download after payment.
    Patterns: for adults are usually in the sizes S, M, L, XL and often XXL. The pattern is ready for download immediately after payment OR it will be delivered by email (PDF-file) within 24 hours after confirmed payment.
    Knitwear and tailoring: For the reason being as flexible as possible regarding colours and materials, garments and articles are always made to order.
    Often only a part of the price in prepayment is require. Therefore when you hit the "add to cart" button you will only be asked for this deposit. By delivery of the ordered goods the remaining part falls due!
    Delivery date: 2 - 12 weeks in general - please look for information regarding the specific article.
    But the conditions may vary regarding the specific article.
    Swatches and samples: Knitted swatches related to the garment in question will be delivered free of charge.
    If in contrary to expectation you are not satisfied with the consignment, 90 % of the payment shall be refunded by return of the goods!
