SPERLINGA - a smart and becoming jumper in an elastic knitting - a wide rib with scattered twists in cable stitch. There are saddle-shoulders which are giving an optimal fit to the jumper. The neck border is a narrow rolling edge. Accurate written pattern with charts. Worked flat.
Lovely with the quite deep neck line.
Required skill level from 1 (basic) to 5 (advanced): 4.
Sizes: small - medium/large - xlarge.

Bust: 84 cm - 106 cm - 124 cm (in: 33 - 41&frac24; - 48¾)
Length: 55 cm - 58 cm - 61 cm (in: 21¾ - 22¾ - 24)
Yarn: this design applies for a medium weight linen/cotton, 50 g = ca. 130 meters. To use 350 - 450 - 600 g.
The original model has been made in LINO COTONE 1/7000, 50 % linen/50 % cotton (100 g = 700 meters), worked with 2 strands. The yarn is from Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence (Firenze), Italy.

Needles: no 2½ and 3½ mm.
Tension/gauge in stocking st: 22 sts on needles no 3½ mm = 10 cm (4 in).
The jumper is also suitable to be worked in a DK-weight cotton.
