Manufacturing: The yarn is manufactured by Campolmi Roberto Filati in Florence, Italy.
Yarn can be purchased directly from the mill in Florence or through their agent or distributor in your region/country.
Composition: 50 % linen/50 % cotton, a little flamè.
The cotton fibres are imported and the linen is a produce of Italy. The yarn is manufactured and dyed in Italy according to the proper regulations and with all due respect of the nature and environment.
Units: 100 g cones.
Description: This is a very nice yarn for comfortable, warm, soft and rustic knitwear. The yarn as well as the colours are resistant in use as well as in washing. Beautiful for children. As the yarn is very fine it is ideal to work more strands together - we have worked with 2 or 3 strands. Also beautiful to work together with the silk SETA which gives a wonderful knitting.
Needles: no 3 mm - 4½ mm - depending how many strands.
Meterage/yardage: 700 meters to 100 g (760 yds) - lace-weight.
Tension/gauge in stocking st: 22 - 23 sts on needles no nr 3 mm = 10 cm (4 in) - 2 strands.
Estimated quantity: for a lady jumper in size M: 400 g.
Washing instructions: delicately at 30°C - suitable for a spin-dry.
